Currently, this program is for young adults aged 16-24 in the A.M.P. (Achieve More and Prosper) program through Franklin County Job and Family Services to gain skills, employment, and knowledge to achieve their career goals.

The LevelUpLand® Esports Tournament Production Cohort and Gaming PC Build Cohort are proud to be a pre-apprenticeship-approved program, offering participants hands-on experience and foundational skills in gaming and technology.
Our program provides a glimpse into exciting career pathways, helping individuals explore their interests while preparing for future opportunities in higher education, employment, or registered apprenticeships.

Esports Tournament Production Cohort
This program is an introduction to key roles in the esports industry:
Shout Casting
Technical Direction
Video Editing
Event Execution
Students also practice and compete as esports athletes under structured schedules, gaining real-world experience. The program further includes training in data analytics, resume writing, cover letters, and professional interview techniques, preparing participants for careers in esports and event management.
Health-e-Gamer® Summit
Health-e-Gamer® Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that integrates an interactive and holistic health and wellness program centered on the principles of Game Responsibly®, Health, Wellness, Safety, and Respect. This program is focused on promoting healthy digital lifestyles by addressing key aspects of well-being, including physical activity, nutrition, mental, behavioral, and social-emotional health, stress management, vision health, the power of sleep, and safe listening.
Gaming Personal Computer Build Cohort
This program helps students gain an understanding of PC hardware components and their collaborative functions. The youth will acquire the knowledge and skills necessary to assemble a high-performance gaming computer and develop entrepreneurial competencies to effectively market and explore innovative career pathways.
In addition to acquiring technical knowledge, participants will engage with entrepreneurship by participating in pitch competitions and developing skills in product marketing and business creation.
This program equips students with skills applicable to careers in technology, hardware engineering, IT support, and business development.
